Anyone selling door-to-door without a peddler’s license
is undercutting our year-round brick and mortar
merchants that make up the backbone of the local
economy. A legitimate peddler or
solicitor selling you something at
your door will have a peddler’s or
solicitor’s license from the City of
Osage Beach. You can ask to see it.
Always use caution with any peddler
who wants money today for goods
or services to be delivered in the
future.
